SAY

Michelle, Career
Coach
Private Practice

Heather was a dynamic presenter, empowering in how she encouraged participation and teamwork and skilled at keeping the activities in the class flowing. She told great personal and professional stories that captured the importance of assessing where the student/client is at, and modeled and helped us examine the role of the coach/advisor in moving along the process. Ultimately, it was an inspiring process, and Heather’s creativity and support of the curriculum were crucial to my success.

Shane, Assistant Director

Despite my years of  experience and education, I learned new techniques and methods to engage with students, and facilitate critical thinking on career development that I had never used before. It was awesome to add new tools to the library of resources and activities I use to help support my students on their journey.

Felipe, International Career

I applied to this course because I was looking for an online method of study. As an international student, I found the platform very easy to use and the content of the course very clear, including the book. I suggest this course if you are looking for new knowledge and personal development in career services.

Marsha, Workforce Development Director

With 26 years of experience in career services, I’ve considered myself knowledgeable in career counseling. After completing the course through Career in Progress, I’ve acquired excellent information for additional resources and theories pertaining to career counseling. The course was definitely more challenging than I anticipated.
